Nagarik Laghubitta Bittiya Sastha Ltd. (NLBS) registered as a public limited financial institution in Ashad 25, 2074 under the Companies Act, 2063 and licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank (Central Bank of Nepal) on 2074/08/24 with ten districts Kavre, Sindhupalchowk, Dolakha, Ramechhap, Sindhuli, Nuwakot, Dhading, Gorkha, Lamjung and Tanahu. It's Head Office is in Banepa Municipality ward no. 14 Sanga, Kavre and commence it's operation from 2074/10/15 after getting operating license from Nepal Rastra Bank as a "D" class financial institution as per Bank and Financial Institution Act 2003 & letter from Company Registar Office on 2074/10/11.
The authorized capital of NLBS is Rs.200 million out of which Rs.100 million has been issued. The initial share distribution is as under :
Promoters : 70%
General public including staff (to be issued) : 30%
